The ebike will be shipped out of Seattle after payment has been received.
An adult needs to be at premises between 9am-5pm Mo-Fri to sign for parcel.
It takes an estimated 5-10 business days to receive.

Some assembly and tuning is needed. To ensure the best experience and for safety reasons the manual must be read and downloaded (CLICK HERE) before using product. Many customers have assembled and tuned the bike successfully following the manual. However, for safety reasons it is best practice to have the product assembled and tuned at a local bicycle shop or to engage the service of velofix

The ebikes are for adults 18 years and older. The minimum recommended height of a rider is 5'2" for 20inch models and 5'5" for 26inch models (guide only)
Unfortunately returns are costly for the customer and only accepted if the box has not been opened and the bike is in perfect condition. Shipping and restocking fees apply.
